The school teaches the training programme developed by the French Microlight Federation and has received the certificate "Formation FFPLUM".
HELPING YOUNG PILOTS AND INSTRUCTORS
The FFPlUM give financial help towards pilot and instructor licences according to these four conditions :
- The candidate must be between 18 and 25 years of age to abtain the pilot's licence which will be dated and authenticated by the D.G.A.C.
- The candidate must be between 18 and 25 years of age to abtain the instructor's licence which will be dated and authenticated by the D.G.A.C.
- The candidate must be a member of the FFPLUM (Federation) during his training year and at the time of his request.
- The candidate must carry out his training with an instructor or a teaching manager who is a member of FFPLUM and who belongs to an approved or certified organisation.
THE AMOUNT OF GRANT
The amount of a grant is fixed each year by the Managing Committee of the FFPlUM.
An extra sum is granted to pupils who are holders of the BIA (Brevet d'Initiation Aéronautique) and/or who have pursued their training within an organisation holding the Federation certificate.
